Luxcore LLC provides professional IT and digital services. Due to the nature of digital and customized services, refunds are handled as follows:

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the scope of work completed.

For project-based services, refunds may be issued for work not yet started or delivered.

For ongoing or prepaid services, refunds may be provided for the unused portion of services where applicable.

Once work has been completed and delivered, refunds are generally not applicable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
