• Payments are collected via Paddle (cards) and/or GoCardless (ACH) as specified in invoices.

• Late payments may incur additional fees or service suspension.

• Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the service type and project completion status.
   
• Clients must request refunds within 7 days of service delivery or invoice payment, unless otherwise agreed.
   

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the project.
   
• Respond promptly to communications to avoid delays.
   
• Ensure access to relevant systems or accounts if required for service delivery.
   

• All work delivered remains property of Luxcore LLC until full payment is received.
   
• Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed.
   
• Luxcore LLC retains the right to use non-confidential project samples for marketing purposes.
   

• Luxcore LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
   
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service rendered.
   

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
   
• Outstanding payments for work completed remain payable.
   
• Services may be suspended if payment is not received.
   

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
   
• Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, USA.
